Constitutional Law
 
An excellent column by Paul Craig Roberts states that American law
schools should terminate their constitutional law courses because the
subject no longer exists. Constitutional law has been replaced by
judicial law. Today's judges also legislate and blatantly exceed their
authority and are not held accountable. As a result the radical left has
gained control of the courts and now lead the country.
      This very issue, the independence of federal judges with their life
time appointments was a concern when the original constitution was up
for ratification. At the time this issue was put to rest by Alexander
Hamilton in Federalist Paper No. 81 where he stated that the judiciary
would not dare to legislate because the United States Senate had been
given the power of impeachment by the constitution and would remove such
judges.
     Unfortunately Alexander Hamilton did not anticipate that such
judges are now never impeached because we elect left wing politicized
gutless lawyers who support the radical left for their money and votes.

 The United Nations Court

          The United Nations Court that tries so called crimes against
humanity leaves a lot to be desired.
         1. Only losers commit atrocities, Winners never do. For example
we lost in Vietnam and we were the only ones accused of atrocities.  The
commies didn't and the Viet Cong didn't. Remember My Lai and we are now
in the process of ruining the reputation of a US Senator with the
Congressional Medal of Honor because he served there.
          2. Communists are exempted. The slaughter of innocent people
in Russia, China, and Cuba are of no concern to the UN court.
          3.Minorities are exempted. African political leaders have
killed millions of their countrymen including women and children but
they are black. The UN court is only interested in prosecuting whites.
          4. Moslems are also exempt from prosecution. The various sects
can kill each other and other religious groups, gas Kurds, and commit
terrorism in the near east and throughout the world, but the UN court is
not interested. They only prosecute Christians.
     Slobodan Milosevic you are cannon fodder. You're non communist, non
minority, non Moslem and a white Christian loser. You lost when Clinton
bombed your country and killed over 200 innocent Serbs and destroyed
Belgrade' inner city. It made no difference how many Serbs the Albanian
Moslems killed. You were wanted so badly that you were kidnapped. This
was made possible when the winner USA, bribed them with reconstruction
money.
        Some in the world, including the country of Greece consider
Clinton the war criminal. It would be a violation of our autonomy and
against our constitution to hand over any American to an international
court. A warning to democrats, be careful who you approve for the
federal judiciary particularly the Supreme Court. Too many of your
appointees have never read the constitution or choose to ignore it and
they could rule that international law takes president.
